Key Buyer Program
What is a Key Buyer?
1. A buyer with volume purchasing responsibility in large multi-unit retail, foodservice, and distribution.
2. An ingredient buyer from a major food manufacturer.
3. A buyer with purchasing responsibility for smaller retail or foodservice chains catering specifically to organic, natural food, multi-cultural, specialty and wellness consumers.
Key Buyer Program
Key Buyer efforts include audience development specific to high volume buyers. The program is managed by staff dedicated to contacting buyers personally, inviting them to the event and providing a concierge level of service to make their attendance easier and more productive. The Key Buyer Program was designed to increase the value of attending the show and to ease the burden of being away from the office by providing services and amenities adding value and efficiency. Services and amenities included in the Key Buyer Program include:
- Complimentary conference passport: Key Buyer registration includes complimentary access to the exhibit hall and the organic education sessions. Discounts off the health & wellness education programs are also offered to key buyers.
- Onsite Lounge: Designed to be an office away from the office, the lounge provides computers with internet access as well as semi-private meeting rooms. The lounge is used as a base of operations, to keep in touch with the office, have business meetings, and to take a break.
- Customer Service: A dedicated contact will assist with all preshow and onsite logistics, providing registration assistance, ensuring that badges are received to avoid registration lines onsite, assisting with questions about the show, and being available as a resource during the event.
Key Buyer Nominations by Exhibitors
Exhibitors may nominate buyers for the Key Buyer Program by emailing a list of buyers in an excel spreadsheet to Cristi Holmes at cholmes@divcom.com. At minimum, name, title, company name and address are required. Emails are also extremely helpful in reaching the buyers. Please also include your own contact information in your email to us.
Nominees qualifying for Key Buyer status will be invited to the show on your behalf, with recognition for the nominating company. Once registered, these buyers will be provided with your booth number and company information, and encouraged to visit your booth.
**Please note that nominees must qualify for Key Buyer status before being accepted and registered as Key Buyers. Nominees must have purchasing authority for a large multi-unit company or manufacturer to be considered.
