Because of the size and success of the event, unofficial vendors often attempt to contact exhibitors. Some Exhibitors receive phone calls & e-mail messages everyday from companies offering all types of services from audiovisual equipment to travel arrangement and hotel rooms. Most of these companies are not official vendors for the show, and some are from non-existent companies.
